Joot: Lichfield

Conversion of a disused retail unit into a busy multi-purpose town centre venue.

We were initially briefed by our client to design a young persons' venue. We undertook extensive research into the site and the town's existing businesses and discovered that there was a far wider demand for a venue.

We established a good working relationship with the pub company management team and were thus able to extend the design brief.

Joot is now not only a good late night entertainment venue for students and young people, but it also caters to lunchtime and early evening business clientele and shoppers, offering a place for them to meet and eat throughout the day.
