Conversion of a large under-utilised tenancy into a much needed multi-venue offering lodge accommodation.

We were contacted by our client as they were aware of our previous experience of bedroom lodge developments. We were commissioned to develop a corporate strategy for lodge accommodation applicable to a variety of their properties.

We worked with their team of professionals to enhance their pub and food business and to produce their first branded lodge, which includes;

• A lounge for the local community
• A family dining room
• A 30 bedroom lodge
• A function room that can be divided into business syndicate rooms
